Emesent provides several ways to get help: self-service answers, training, and direct support from the Emesent team. Start with the self-service options. If the problem continues, contact Emesent.
Self-service help
Emi, the Emesent AI agent, gives quick answers and guided troubleshooting, and helps to find the right resources. Open Emi chat. The Knowledge Base has user guides, tutorials, and troubleshooting articles. For guided training courses, see Emesent Academy.
Before a software update, check Supported devices and compatibility. To find out if a problem is already known, check Known issues and limitations. If sign-in fails after the change to Emesent User Management, see Why am I unable to sign in?.
Contact Emesent
Submit a support request to report a technical issue, an incident, or a feature suggestion. Give as much detail as possible, so the team can solve the issue quickly. For an aircraft incident or near-miss, see Report an aircraft incident or near-miss. To send scan data or log files to the team, see How to share data with Emesent.
Hardware service
Hardware service gives the service procedures and safety notices for Emesent hardware. Use these procedures when a component needs maintenance, repair, or replacement in the field.
With a Hovermap Assure subscription, request a refurbished replacement unit if Hovermap or drone hardware is damaged. Emesent dispatches the replacement in approximately two business days.
