Report any hazardous incidents involving Hovermap through the Emesent Client Support form. This helps Emesent understand what happened, investigate unexpected flight behaviour, prevent issues from recurring, and assess warranty claims.

What to provide

When submitting an incident report, recover and upload the following flight data:

  • Hovermap scan data.

  • Emesent Commander logs.

  • Drone or platform logs.

  • Any video or photos of the event.

Hovermap scan data files are typically too large to upload through the support form. Provide a share link, or once the ticket is submitted, Emesent will provide a SharePoint link for uploading the files.
