Account menu
Purpose
The account menu provides access to user and company settings, user invites, and log out. It opens from the account row at the bottom of the projects sidebar.

User settings
Purpose
The user settings screen shows profile information for the signed-in user and provides controls for language and account deletion.

Company settings
Purpose
The company settings screen shows the company account's details, license, and current storage usage. Available to users with the Admin role.

6 | Subscription expiry | Read-only field | The end date of the paid Aura Cloud storage subscription, covering the purchased storage blocks. | Shown on accounts with a paid Aura Cloud storage subscription. |
7 | RENEW | Button | Opens the renewal flow for the account. | Appears when the account is within 3 months of expiry. |
8 | Storage | Indicator | Shows storage used and free for the company account, with a percentage used. |
Invite users
Purpose
The Invite users screen invites new users to the company account by email and assigns them a role.
This screen uses a separate header layout from the rest of Aura Cloud, with a home icon and a company switcher in place of the projects sidebar.
