Report an aircraft incident or near-miss

Please report any hazardous incidents involving your Hovermap through the Customer Support form online.

This helps us to understand what happened, investigate unexpected flight behavior, prevent issues from happening again, or assess any warranty claims.

We'll ask you to recover and upload the following flight data - see below for instructions:

  • Hovermap scan data 
  • Commander logs
  • Drone/platform logs 
  • Any video or photos of the event

Because Hovermap scan data files are typically large and cannot be uploaded through the form, you can provide us with a share link, or once your ticket is submitted we'll provide you with a SharePoint link to upload the files.
