The Web UI gives remote access to the main Hovermap functions. The operator can control scan missions, manage storage, update the firmware, and download files. Direct access to the Hovermap unit is not necessary. This is useful when Hovermap is in a position that is difficult to reach, for example on a vehicle, a backpack, or an aircraft.

General controls: the controls and status indicators that are available on all Web UI screens.
Mission control panel: start and stop a scan, and assign or edit the scan name.
Device details panel: monitor the available storage capacity and the device status, and install firmware updates.
Data transfer: download scan data and system logs.
Network configuration: configure the network settings of the device.
Payload configuration: configure the payload settings for the selected platform.
