This article explains how to export raw GNSS data from a supported Trimble receiver and convert it to RINEX format for use in a PPK Georeferencing workflow.
Prerequisites
Trimble PPK data file offloaded from the receiver (T02 or T04 format)
Windows laptop or PC
The following Trimble software installed:
CFGUpdate2008Dec12.exe (download from the same page as ConvertToRinex)
Procedure
Step 1: Export data from the receiver
Connect the Trimble receiver to a laptop or use the receiver's internal storage.
Offload the PPK data file. The file format is typically T02 or T04.
Step 2: Convert to RINEX
Download and run the Trimble Configuration Toolbox installer.
Download and install the Trimble ConvertToRinex application.
Download and run CFGUpdate2008Dec12.exe from the ConvertToRinex download page.
Open the Convert To Rinex application from the Windows search bar.
Select File > Open and select the Trimble PPK file. The file may take some time to load.
Once the file is open, select File > Convert Files.
When conversion is complete, the RINEX output files are saved to the same folder as the original Trimble PPK file.
Outcome
After completing these steps, RINEX files are ready for post-processing in Emlid Studio.
