This article explains how to view storage usage, license details, and renewal information for an Aura Cloud account.
What you will need
An Emesent account with Aura Cloud access.
A modern web browser. Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop is recommended.
Procedure
Step 1: Open account usage
Sign in to Aura Cloud.
Open the account menu.
Open the account usage page.
The page shows current storage usage, license details, and renewal information for the Aura Cloud license on the Emesent account.
Step 2: Review storage usage
The storage section shows how much of the account's storage allocation is in use, how much remains, and the total allocation.
A storage notification is sent when usage approaches the limit. To free space, delete unused point clouds or projects. See Manage point clouds.
Step 3: Review license details
The license section shows the Aura Cloud license on the account, including the current status and the next renewal date.
The Aura Cloud license is separate from the Aura license on the same Emesent account. Each product is licensed independently.
Step 4: Plan a renewal
The account usage page shows the renewal date and the license status. To renew or change the license, contact the organization's Emesent admin, the local Emesent partner, or Client support.

Storage usage and license status are visible at a glance, so the team can plan renewals and manage storage before reaching account limits.
