How to Request Access

Access to Emesent software requires an Emesent account with a valid license. If unable to log in to an Emesent product or process data in Aura, an account may not exist or the assigned license may be invalid or inactive.

Option 1: Contact the organisation's Emesent admin Reach out to the organisation's Emesent admin to request access through Emesent User Management.

Option 2: Contact Emesent Client Support If the organisation's Emesent admin cannot be located, use the Nominate an Emesent User Management Admin Form to contact Emesent Client Support.
