This article explains how to use DJI Assistant 2 (Enterprise Series) to export onboard log files from a DJI M300 or M350 aircraft and save them to a computer. These logs capture performance and event details from the drone and are often required by the Emesent Client Support team to troubleshoot issues, investigate incidents, or confirm system status.
If the Hovermap has also been involved in an incident or near-miss, see Report an aircraft incident or near-miss for the full reporting process.
