Settings for GoPro Hero 9/10/11
To ensure consistent, high-quality results, your GoPro must be configured with the required settings listed below. Some options may vary by model; if a setting isn’t available, simply skip it. Follow the steps to apply all settings directly on the camera.
We recommend configuring the settings below by creating a Custom Profile on the GoPro.
Custom Profiles can only be created on the GoPro camera itself. They cannot be added via the GoPro Quik app.
Process
Step 1: Create a Custom Profile
On GoPro
- From the main capture screen, tap the Mode icon (bottom center).
- Scroll down and select the + (Add Preset) icon to create a new profile.
- Select Video as the mode.
- Apply the settings from the tables below to configure this profile.
- Press the tick icon in the top right corner to save the settings.
- Select Save as Custom Profile to store the profile for future use.
Not all required settings are applied during Custom Profile creation. After saving the profile, follow the next steps to configure the remaining settings manually.\
Not all options listed in the tables below are available on every GoPro Hero 9/10/11 model. If a setting is not present on your camera, simply skip it and continue with the next available option.
