Connect the Trimble receiver to a laptop or use the receiver's internal storage. 2. Offload the PPK data file. The file format is typically T02 or T04. ### Step 2: Convert to RINEX 1. Download and run the Trimble Configuration Toolbox installer. 2. Download and install the Trimble ConvertToRinex application. 3. Download and run CFGUpdate2008Dec12.exe from the ConvertToRinex download page. 4. Open the **Convert To Rinex** application from the Windows search bar. 5. Select **File** > **Open** and select the Trimble PPK file. The file may take some time to load. 6. Once the file is open, select **File** > **Convert Files**. 7. When conversion is complete, the RINEX output files are saved to the same folder as the original Trimble PPK file. ## Outcome After completing these steps, RINEX files are ready for post-processing in Emlid Studio. ## Next steps See [Process RINEX files in Emlid Studio](/v1/docs/process-rinex-files-in-emlid-studio).
